- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've never thought of myself as someone who loved sport or a "gym" junkie - but I so love my personal training sessions with Sarah from Vector Health! After being sick of feeling sluggish and a couple of kilos that had just snuck up, my husband and I both decided to do something about it. I'm so glad that we found Vector Health - the team ensure that all our workouts are really safe, focus on completing exercises properly and I find that Sarah can really motivate me - she's lovely, but tough! While I'm sometimes a bit sore the next day, I always feel amazing after our workouts and I've noticed that my upper body strength and core strength has really improved. In the past I've had a small amount of back & hip pain, but this has almost gone completely.
